"I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed "

"We stayed for a week at this Edwardian flat situated high above Carbis Bay and near the coastal path. We woke up to coastal views from the master bedroom and I often had my coffee looking out to the sea. The property has a nice balcony with grand views up the coastline. If you like historical properties you'll like this place. The kitchen is well equipped and the listing description is accurrate. I would highly recommend this place."

"We had an amazing week. Extra towels were provided at my request, due to not having room to pack any with a family of five. The apartment is lovely. Lots of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, it was perfect for us. The steps back home from the town are not for the faint hearted, but it gets better every day with plenty of practice. Would stay here again."

"The apartment is really lovely. Very clean, lovely location with stunning views over camel estuary. Room with single beds I wouldnt say is ideal for an adult- lumpy pillows and not a lot of space, but I decamped and slept on the sofa and my Mum had the lovely ensuite room where she slept well. It was great to be able to bring my dog and the aprtment has all the mod cons you need to cook and self cater. The local pub is sweet- not the friendliest or warmest of welcomes, but good to have a spot...

"Very nice place to stay. Clean and good view of the beach. Music in restaurant below was a bit intrusive and went on until ten pm. Possibly will be longer in summer months. We went in October. Free parking for renters. Recommended if you don't mind music all day."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
