“New owners were taken over, so the place was kind of rundown. The room was definitely clean. The staff was friendly, but definitely definitely almost like the Bates Motel.”

“I'm not sure where to start... We had two rooms. My son's room had hair in the bathtub. Other than that, he did his room was fine. Now our room... Ripped at the roof window curtain. We had no wash clothes or floor towel for in front of the tub. We had only a dribble of water in our sink until my husband got under sink and turned on the water. We still had only hot water. No cold. TV was very limited and the controller was hard to figure out. We had 3 pillows, but only one had a pillow case. Now……
