酒店位于Jackson，是从盐湖城进入大提顿公园和黄石公园的歇脚地。在路上预计要到晚上11点才能到酒店，事先给酒店打了电话。酒店留了钥匙和便条放在前台柜台上，挺好！但是房间不对！预定时说明了是两位成年人和一位15岁的孩子。但是给的却是一间只有一张双人床（而且不是King Size）的房间。可是时间也很晚了，酒店工作人员也都不在，只好勉强三人挤着睡了。这到底是Hotels.com的错，还是酒店的错？另外，酒店的早餐很不错，这个可以赞一个。

At first glance, this is an excellent condo, spacious, clean, has a bit of a view, end unit, so no one next to you. I also appreciated that it had a washer and dryer in the unit, as we stayed for 3 days, and had traveled 3 days prior, so it came in handy. There was also assigned parking under the unit, which made it very convenient. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen was fully stocked with the dishes, pans, etc. if so needed. As for the not so good... I noticed some marks on the rug, and reported it, so I would not be responsible for it. My husband used the shower and the water pressure was so great, it was actually painful. I used the spa bathtub and had some black flakes (mold?) come out of the jets. I reported both to the management, and they said they'd have someone come to look at the water pressure, they never came. I told them not to do anything with the spa tub, that I would just bathe without the jets, as I know what it takes to clean them. The tv remote only did some of the functions. I had to go to the buttons on the tv to use it. The elevator made a loud sound and rattled on initial uses. The day before we left it was marked out of order, so we had to take all the luggage down a flight of stairs. The check-in was also an issue. The address provided is not where you check in. We had to go back down the hill to another building to check in, then go back up to find our unit, which was not clear instructions for someone going there for the first time.
