“Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t……

“The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Communications with the owner was timely and helpful. They even offered me off street parking!”

“This place was really cute, cozy, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and i slept like a baby. I appreciate that we were able to control the temperature in the space. Although we didn't use much, the kitchen had everything i could have needed for vacation. Now... the crown jewel of this place is the shower. I am absolutely obsessed with it and now i want one for home. Multiple jet stream options and a great supply of hot water... chefs kiss. If i didn't have……

“Nice stay! ”

“The host was very responsive! It is a quiet and secure location with a large gate at the entrance of the driveway. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure. It was very clean. It is a basement apartment with a separate, private entrance. Minutes from downtown, hospitals and Roger Williams Park. ”

“Great area to stay in if on College Hill.”

“There was visible damage and overall it did not seem clean or well maintained. It also lacked basic items, like glasses”

“Simple logistics, clean and convenient ”

“This is a very spacious rental as it is the full basement under someone’s home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, however, it would be nicer to have some newer items such as cookie sheets that were not kept clean by prior renters and hot pads. Also we would have like some teaspoons and not just large tablespoons. We appreciated the paper towels and clean sponge for washing dishes! A real highlight is the use of the washer and dryer since we were in the road for two……

“Amenities. Host was very accommodating and this made our stay agreeable. Will recommend this place to friends and I’m considering renting it next summer.”

“The home is lovely, new and clean and very comfortable. Easy to find and an easy trip from Brookline where we were going for a family gathering. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Overall it was perfect for our needs, met all our expectations, and we would happily stay there again and likely will do so next winter when we are back for another family holiday gathering. ”
