“This stay was amazing. We just did a mini get away for our first time in Rhode Island and not only are we in love with the state but also the apartment was amazing we didn’t want to leave. Everything was cleaned and up to par the building was quiet and clean as well. Check in and out was effortless. We cannot wait to come back and book again! Thank you so much!”

“Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t……

“Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance……

“The listing was not accurate. Stated there were 2 queen beds, I measured them with my crochet tape measure and they were 51 x 72, smaller than a standard full size bed. There were 3 people on our reservation, we had 4 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, no hand towel or kitchen towels. Messaged host about 7:30 regarding towels and very noisy window air conditioner in one of the bedrooms,got a reply about 9:30 stating that the unit was well stocked for our visit & air conditioners were working. Told……

“Check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 5pm. The host did not know we had a booking and asked us to wait an hour for her to get the property ready. Very unreliable and frustrating. Vrbo customer service was also a pain to deal with.”
