“Check in was ok. Owner was very responsive and let us check in early. There was a problem with the lock but that was taken care of within minutes. Kitchen was modern and beautiful, no coffee pods or sugar or creamer which would have been nice for an overnight stay.Bath towels were tiny and the bath matts were sketchy. Bathroom and shower were clean.The issue: 64 steps to the apartment, some extremely steep. No way we were getting a suitcase up those stairs. We threw essentials in a bag and……

“We throughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful peaceful location with deer and turkey strolling around the yard. Plenty close to all the more crowded Easy Bay areas but without the crowds and high cost. “We had a wonderful stay at this Providence rental! The property was very clean and easy to find, and it was such a unique experience staying in a property that’s up to 150 years old. “We were in town because of my niece having surgery at Hasbro children hospital. This apartment was close to everything and easy to get in and out of. We weren’t there much but everything it provided was clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating to the requests that I had made. “The host was quick to help us with some TV issues. The room was clean when we arrived. They offered an additional cleaning since our stay was so long. While we did not pick up that offer, we wished there would be a swiffer in the room and maybe some lysol wipes to do our own little clean up. The blankets kind of made a ton of fuzzies everywhere throughout the apartment. (They were comfy though!)”
