"We stayed here for 5 days while in town doing the Alpine Loop. The owner was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. He even put HEPA filters in the bedrooms for better air quality while the wildfires were going on. Some of the cooking utensils, pots, and pans were a bit aged, but overall the house was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay here and loved the view! This house is highly recommended if you have a large group, need plenty of parking, and room to spread out comfortably!"

"We loved our stay in our tiny cabin! Montrose is about a 10 minute drive North, and Ouray was about a 30 minute drive south! It was a great place to unwind after long days of hiking nearby. The tiny house was very clean and in a quiet community. Made for a relaxing stay."
