“We recently stayed at Acqua Beach Hotel in Weymouth and had a lovely experience overall. It’s a nice, small place that feels welcoming and well-kept. The room was very clean and tidy, which we really appreciated.
The staff were all fantastic, always smiling, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference.
Breakfast was really nice, with a good system where you order the night before (before 11 pm). The food itself was great, although the serving time felt a bit……
“Room was lovely . However there was lumps of hair on the carpet where it had not been hoovered . no toilet brush in the room . Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel .
Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok .
Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view . Hotel setting was beautiful……
“It was in a peaceful location, although a bit far for walking into town. But the facilities were spot on, though there is no oven to cook proper meals. For someone who needs a quiet, chilled out, restful timeout, it is the perfect place to stay.”
“Lovely and cozy stay! It’s easy walking distance to the beach, the pier, and restaurants. The manager wasn’t in when we went last minute and the staff was alarmed that we were able to make a reservation. They were still able to accept our reservation and made it a pleasant stay (esp because it was one night). The rooms were well decorated and bed was comfortable. They have some toiletries if you’ve forgotten yours. If you have a car, you can ask for a parking permit to avoid paying the public……
“Das gute zuerst: der Strand ist direkt über die Straße zu erreichen und wir hatten das Glück, einen Parkplatz (gebührenpflichtig) direkt vor der Tür zu bekommen.
Uns wurde ein Zimmer im DG zugewiesen, zu welchem wir trotz Aufzug noch eine enge Treppe hinauf mussten. Es war dort betörend heiß, es gab keinen Ventilator oder eine Klimaanlage, die Fenster konnten waren nur kleinen Spalt hochgeschoben und konnten nicht bewegt werden, da sie defekt waren.”
“They should state there’s not drying machine but besides that it was an amazing stay. My group and I really enjoyed the place as well as the local area. Excellent experience overall, and I think this place made our first international trip very enjoyable.”
“Poor communication with Hotels.com. Messages unanswered. Had to ring to get key code as was anxious no contact had been made. Disconnected after trying to get through several times. Location was good. Nice fresh clean bedding. Needs maintenance & TLC. Neglected garden which was a shame as we sat outside a few times so could have been nicer. Lacking in basic things like salt & pepper etc. Amount of toilet paper rolls inadequate. No bath or shower mat so quite slippery. Besides this we had a nice……
