The lady who checked us in didn't seem to know what she was doing. I had to spell everything out for her, including all parts of my address since she couldn’t read it off of my id.
She wrongly explained the pet fee to me and then charged a card I had not used for said fee. The only thing I can think of is that she somehow got that card’s info off of the hotels.com website.
The hotel was rundown, the room was not well cared for. Ice machine on our floor was broken, several doors we passed on our floor were broken, the elevator was rickety.
We didn’t even bother to see if there was a free breakfast, we just woke up and left.
Definitely will not be staying here again.
