“I'd say I got what a payed for, it was just for a place to stay for a few nights with the basics like a bed, bathroom, fridge, and Tv. It's a little shabby and the water pressure in the bathroom is a little low but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.”

“the only problem I had was the bed was a bit on the overly firm side. everything else was great, it’s usually our go-to spot when we go on roadtrip!”

“Very welcoming staff. Easy and fast check in. My room was very clean. It looks like some new flooring has been added. The bathroom was immaculate. Looks like it was recently refurbished/upgraded. Great water flow in the shower, good hot water and REAL towels!!!”

“There was human and pet hair on the beds and the staff put us in a different room which was way dirtier and we requested a refund but they didn’t allow it.”

“The property is getting renovated but the 1st floor hall way looked very dirty. You have to walk to the very back of the hotel to get to an elevator. Our room seemed clean and was a renovated room, but poorly renovated, tub and shower were patch jobs at best, curtains looked old and dirty. Breakfast area only had a couple tables and was so packed with guests that we didn't even stop.”

“This Fairfield location is not only clean but the service is first rate. The breakfast was a cut above. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone for a brief or extended stay.”

“All good, the only thing is about mask, hotel has rule to wear mask all the time , but nobody does, even their own staffs”

The building is new and the room is great--comfortable mattress, great couch, very nice kitchenette with everything you could need, and a refrigerator that's larger than what you find in most hotels.”

“This hotel is in an excellent location if you're attending an event at the Ford Center. It's directly across the street and within walking distance. However, the property is absolutely disgusting. The front desk and front lobby area smelled fine upon arrival and was clean. The elevator looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in some time. Our room was even worse. The LVP floors were covered in dirt, hair from previous guests, debris along the floor molding and all over the floors, there was a……
