"Excellent rates, great location, lots of nice touches in room, great heated outdoor pool and deck."

"Great location, nice and clean rooms equipped with the usual facilities. There was no coffee machine in my room (not sure about other rooms), but the main lobby has coffee and tea in the morning. I needed hot water, and when I asked for it, they promptly sent a kettle to my room. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants, Market St. and BART. Will definitely come back again. "

"Cleaning staff was amazing. Even tucked in my daughter’s stuffed animals! Made her smile. Everyone was super nice. The valet staff was amazing as well! "

"Great hotel and in a good spot near Union Square. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is welcoming and comfortable. It is a place where you could work, watch tv and play board games (they have several!). There was a bar in the lobby but it was not open while we were there. We will definitely stay there again!"
