“We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were amazing, we had taken our parents to wine country and wanted somewhere to be close to the Square but a good central location. It’s on the Square and we were within an hour of everywhere we wanted to go! Brandon the manager was absolutely amazing and helpful and gave us a great recommendation on another great winery to visit. Having only 6 rooms and we had 3 half the hotel we didn’t even know others were staying when we were! Staff was great and……

“Oh, what a beautiful hotel! The staff were amazing and helpful; knowledgeable about the area as well as the best tasting rooms to go to. It was very clean and the cleaning staff were really good and so kind. We didn't try the food in the lobby, or the pool, so we can't comment on that, though both looked very nice. Parking is limited, but we found it easy to get a spot in front of the hotel before space opened up within the hotel parking area. The location is perfect. Opposite the park plaza……

“The customer service at this hotel is horrendous! The manager was extremely unhelpful. We only made reservations at this hotel because they promised us 2 rooms next to each other. When we arrived their computer system was down so it was understandable that the notes could not be seen that we needed adjacent rooms, but when we talked to the manager, she was completely rude. She offered no other solutions, compensation, not even an I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Her reply was too bad, you can……

“Great location! Walking distance to all the wineries and shops and eateries. Morning coffee super close - Peets and Dutch Bros. The free breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of things. Staff were super friendly. Free parking! Which is honestly awesome because paying $50 a night to park at a hotel you’re already paying for is ridiculous! The room was def aged and just felt “old” and the bed was terrible. Soft, LOUD, and really uncomfortable. We only stayed one night. I’d probably……
