We will try every room… mom will get her time away from caregiving and treat us queens to beautiful historic luxury at a fraction of city prices and it’s 20 miles away! “This actually shows a 8.2 which is more like a 2.8 it says continual breakfast and there is none!! It is a pass through room and both doors had gaps around them you could actually see outside. Stains above both beds no cover on exhaust fan in bathroom and did not work had a Walmart bag stuffed in the vent, smoke detector had not battery and door was broke on it. Had a nice frig but no way to plug it into a three pin outlet unless you took it to the bathroom. Heating/A/C unit was green with mold.……

Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. The outside of the super 8 is neat, clean and new looking. The inside rooms of Super 8 was very appealing. Not great but a good place for me to take my family for the cost. The value was worth it. I wish to thank you and the manager for your understanding refunding my money to me. "
