“All was fine, no problems and communication good. ”

“Location was great for us as we were here for spring football game. The condo was in an odd location, but parking was easy. The shower was nice and big, good for someone in a wheelchair. The downsides was bedding that was not fresh looking. You can immediately tell that at some point this condo was completely lived in, due to cracks in the floor and the cabinets. It may have been cleaned but didn't really have a clean manicured look to it such as bedding was not nice and neat, the complimentary……

“Rating should be 3.5 stars. 4 adult middle aged males stayed at this Ferndale apartment. We spent the weekend at the Detroit curling club and only slept here. So It meant our needs. When we arrived there was no power to the back bedrooms and 4 or 5 space heaters were spread around the apartment. So clearly a regular furnace was not working. After 10 mins of exploring. We figured out the back bedroom space heater was tripping out power to bedrooms. That was annoying. I view a vrbo rental……

“The place was clean, neat and it's in a very safe area, close to shopping and good food. There were only two negatives. One the downstairs toilet kept running and master bedroom closet had noises coming from it at night. I think the noises was from other neighbors. ”

“Overall it was a great spot. It would be helpful to have written instructions for things like the hot tub and a broom or something for the stairs if it snows. ”
