Truly disappointing stay all around. The toilet did not work properly, we literally had to lift the lid and manually grab the plunger inside to have the toilet flush. You could see the handle mechanism was held together with a twist tie. When I let the front desk staff know, they acted overly concerned and wrote a note for it to get looked at, but stated that unfortunately since we booked with an outside party (Expedia) there wasn't anything that could be done about the amount paid. Nor the fact that we booked a Family Suite with supposedly 2 queen size beds and 1 king size bed. Again it was stated that this was an error on the part of Expedia, as though they do have those rooms, they are reserved well in advance and are usually not available. The front desk clerk said, "I don't know why they keep doing that, but don't worry both rooms are the same price!" It appeared to my husband and myself that the extra large Family Suite rooms were most likely being rented out more long term to families and perhaps state workers. As per other reviewers, not much to speak of for the continental breakfast bar.
