Communication was quite delayed (20hrs) and never rectified….sent several follow-up messages, again no resolution….disappointing. “I had reserved this place for my parents for its practicality, thinking it would just be a comfortable place for them to sleep and shower while they spent most of their time out and about during the day. However, I found this apartment to be lacking in several key areas. It's small and at the top of several flights of stairs.
