“Mohammed is a super kind host! He was super communicative & helpful. We needed a taxi for our 4:30am flight and he coordinated a taxi to arrive early! The place was a little tricky for our initial driver to find, but it’s very nice & spacious. Definitely worth booking! ”

It’s an excellent choice especially for families with children, it’s amazing place to enjoy calm surroundings from the crowded Marrakesh. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again.”

“The staff was friendly. However, management took advantage of us. We were charged 10x the normal rate for certain services (for which we did not get the price for until after our stay). When I raised concern about this the owner threatened us and wouldn’t allow us to leave until we paid what they asked for. Horrible experience, would not recommend.”

“I was a very unpleasant stay due to several factors: - the food was tasteless and limited to no refill. Unclean restaurant and no hygiene. You have to come first otherwise there is nothing left - half of the slide of the aqua park were closed. When asked about the situation you can different answers from different staff members - the restaurant and hotel staff are very unfriendly and they don’t care about your experience Two positive points: - nice warmed pool - friendly entertainment crew”
