"We booked this house because we were in town for our son's wedding and needed access to a full kitchen. We were very happy with our choice! The house is easy to get to, located near a lot of stores/restaurants as well as downtown Lake City, and we could tell it was very clean when we first arrived. "We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!"
