“Very clean, extremely quiet, well equipped with full oven, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and dishes. Beautiful marsh behind building with lots of bird activity. A little stinky, but a natural kind of sulphur smell. Restaurants, amenities, food trucks near by. We rented the unit that had a connecting door to an identical room and it worked out perfectly for my friend and I. ”

“Had a great stay in this unit! Very clean, bed in primary room was comfy. The bike path is right at the Inn and a short ride to all the places on Maddox Blvd (Island Creamery, Amarin, Maui jacks etc). The deck overlooked the marsh which was a lovely view. The only thing I'd warn people about is the second bedroom room is also the dining room and kitchen. Worked totally fine for my daughter and I, but if my husband and son had come I think it would've been too small.. But a family of 3 or with 2……

“It was very pleasant. The pool was under maintenance and that would have been nice to have but the communication about it and everything else was very prompt and clear. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Rental was just as shown on line. Very clean. Unfortunately couldn't stay the entire time due to health problems. Would rent again, only on 1st floor.”

“We had a great 3-day weekend at this quintissential beach inn. It is not fancy, but it is charming and had everything we needed. The kitchenette was really well- equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, and we were able to cook fresh local seafood on the stovetop burners. The shower had great water pressure, the bed was comfortable, and the sofa was perfect for napping after an afternoon at the beach. The view of the saltmarsh outside our windows was amazing, and we loved hearing great blue……

“We had a really great time at The Pearl on Marsh Island. i loved the location...the view was so beautiful. The place itself was very clean and cutely decorated. we loved the octopus on the bathroom wall!!! I also loved dealing With Seaside Vacations through the process of booking and staying there. very quick to respond and very friendly. ”

“The unit was absolutely gorgeous. The weather however was not but the owner’s library helped with that. Took the Saltwater Pony Boat tour and actually saw a small herd with 4 foals frolicking around their family, 3 bald eagles and turtles. Ate at a different restaurant for seafood whenever we went out. Would highly recommend Bill’s Prime Steak & Seafood. Also enjoyed watching the Coast Guard perform training maneuvers one afternoon! Would come down again when it’s warmer. ”

“The property is exactly as shown in the listing. It is clean and spacious. A lot of reviews note that the property is “old” but, the bathroom appears to be newly renovated and the kitchen is modern. The patio/deck space is great and the horses are an obvious added bonus ”

“Property had access to a great swimming pool overlooking the bay and also a private fishing/crabbing pier. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. We loved it!”

“The entire parking lot was completely flooded. There was no cover on the stairs leading to the second floor so the wood was extremely slick. We never checked into this property because we could not unload at this property. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. In contacting the property manager we were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. And we were just out the money.”
