Oak Park Castle Hotels

Everything was comfortable. The elevator floors were very dirty and the tile floors in the bathroom were very sticky.. we encountered a dog during the breakfast hours eating with their person off the table top two mornings.

The pool is heated and lots of ample parking! Love the stay so far. We had an issue with our tv and they fixed it right away.

Excellent facilities and pleasant staff. This hotel provides a very “exclusive” feeling. Will be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Excellent service from Kylie and Dominic who helped me with xeroxing business documents and even delivered the documents to the room very willingly and with a smile! Big thanks to John, Kylie, Dominic,Daniel,Baylie and Nancy the housekeeping staff, and Glenn for always being there when we needed a lot of luggage to be transported, for being courteous, friendly and helped make my stay comfortable. We love staying here. The pool is heated and there is plenty of shade. Used the bar for the first time a drinks were perfect. Eric at the front desk exseplefies what being a host is all about. He has great customer service skills.

We stayed in this property for 12 nights. It was one of the best stays we had. We highly recommend Homewood Suites at Agoura Hills for its cleanness, comfort, lovely breakfast, great location and the wonderful staff. we would like to thank Joanne for her kindness and assistance. She truly made our stay extra special. Thank you Joanne and thank you Homewood Suites for making us feel at home.

Stayed there for a wedding nearby. Property but especially the room exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice shower, clean with an extra sitting / sleeping area. Friendly staff, nice location and excellent breakfast. Thank you

I loved this for the price. Walkable to grocery store and some fast food. New tables with charging slots on top. Clean newish basic bathroom. Comfortable bed. It’s loud from the highway so if you are very sensitive to noise I’d look elsewhere but otherwise a great choice for a stop over Management: get someone to do some caulking. Easy cheap fix that makes bathroom not look dingy

everything was wonderful i enjoyed my stay , great location , restaurant next door and near a shopping mall and other restaurants

Very clean and beautiful!

We needed to make n change reservations. The front desk person was wonderful to say the least. We shall stay here again when in the neighborhood.

Not much to do around. Hotel was very nice and clean.

Didn’t understand the parking situation

Kat was the sweetest person ever!! Also loved the 2 entrance options. Very lowkey and fast if you have kids

A bit hard to find. It’s behind WalMart on Ventu Park road. It needs a sign to direct you to front of hotel. All else great.

Very nice hotel, very roomy and clean. Reasonable rate, even with the $16 parking fee. Staff helpful and friendly.

Clean, close to shopping and dining, free continental breakfast and nice and quite.

We’ve been staying here for 5 yrs now for a tournament, every year we’ve enjoyed our stay.
