"As you'll probably read in many other reviews, yes, the staff is cocky and not really helpful. However, this only applies to the staff at the front desk. The pool staff is nicer, and so are the guys at the valet parking. The valet is more expensive than the rental itself, and the "resort fee" is ridiculous, but it is what it is. As for the hotel itself, it's super nice, and very well located. The rooms are very nice. The pool is a delight, and if you get good weather, so is the beach. I would stay again, if the price is favorable."

"Muy conveniente me encanto todo y voy a regresar precio servicio limpieza todo en el front desk muy amables. Solo un recomendación El parque hay que pagarlo pero ellos tienen un código para los huéspedes que sale mas barato nosotros no lo sabíamos ni no los dijeron asi parqueen el carro y luego paguen 20 mi. Para hacer eao . Muy bueno todo me encanto. Y tambien en la playa las sillas son incluidas pero la sombrilla 30 dolares los muchachos super nice"
