"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"We hebben genoten van ons weekend weg. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door onze gastvrouw. Het appartement bleek erg ruim en schoon te zijn. Badkamer was ruim en modern. Slaapkamer was ruim met een heerlijk balkon met uitzicht over de bergen. Woongedeelte met keuken was wat aan de kleine kant, maar nog steeds ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Ook de bank zat heerlijk! Keuken hebben we weinig gebruikt, maar was modern en voldoende ingericht."

"Eine einfache, aber zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die überraschend vielen Möglichkeiten, Kleider unterzubringen. Wir konnten gar nicht alles belegen. Super. Die Wohnung liegt super oberhalb von Meran und nach ein paar Stufen oder einem Umweg über den Tappeinerweg ist man gemütlich unten. Knödelglück und Saxifraga sind um die Ecke. Uns hats gefallen."

"Excellent apartments with beautiful views of Oberugugl. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). We lived in a Deluxe Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Mountain View (Alpenheimat) There are all necessary kitchen utensils. Each room has a TV, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a huge terrace. We rented ski equipment right next to the ski lift and left it for storage there. From the apartments to the ski lift, approximately 200 meters. From the apartments you go downhill, back to the hill....

"This is probably the nicest short stay apartment I've ever stayed in. It's spacious, comfortable, and very nicely set up. Beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect being a short walk from the train station and the old town. There are lots of supe markets, cafes and bars nearby too. There are currently some construction sites nearby but they don't start too early or finish too late. It wasn't a problem for us and I'm a delicate sleeper. Communication with the owner was straight forward...

"Tolles Haus mit schönem Ausblick. Toller Pool. Lage ist super. Für Kleinkinder ggf. nicht ideal aber wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit. Gastgeber stellte auch einen Hochstuhl. Sauberkeit war gut. Küchenausstattung war super. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war spitze. "Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly. Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room). Definitely an overrated and overpriced hotel for the experience offered. "
