I really enjoyed my stay from the staff, the restaurant & spa located @ the hotel. Also the overall convenience of how close everything was in walking distance from snowboarding & winter hiking, shops, etc. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends & look forward to staying for a longer visit next year.

This was a beautiful hotel with a staff of people who were profoundly courteous, helpful, kind and they exceeded all my expectations at every turn. As much as I love animals, I am allergic to their little fury bodies and I didn't notice that pets were okay when I booked the hotel. But, there was absolutely no trace of the odors that often accompany little furry creatures. What was even more amazing is that I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ALLERGIC REACTION, whatsoever, to the two, precious little dogs....

My favorite hotel and country (Austria) during my Belgium-Luxemburg-France-Switzerland-Germany trip.
This hotel is located in the small town of Zirl, minutes away from Innsbruck.
It looks like a high class hotel, with an excellent restaurant connected to it, where you can have a complete breakfast (included in my rate), lunch or dinner.
Very courteous staff, plenty of parking, walking distance to stores and the best thing: the water from the tap. According to the locals, it comes directly...

Our stay was awesome. We loved the view from our balcony. The sauna, steam room, and hammocks so much we extended an additional night there onto our trip. The staff was helpful. This was the stop on our 3 week trip to Europe that stood out as our favorite place. We will go back on our next trip for sure.
