10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel located one block from The Angel of Independence. Staff and hotel are very accommodating. Would recommend and would stay again."

Historico Central Hotel

"We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Histórico Central! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the lobby was well-maintained, welcoming, and inviting. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, warm, and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent! One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its prime location in the heart of downtown, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. Its combination of comfort, excellent service, great food, and an unbeatable location makes it a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!"

Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico Zocalo View

"I loved the hotel. It was an amazing experience. What I did not enjoy was the fact that room service staff came in while we were out. I had the do not disturb sign on so I didn’t get why they would go in. Also they went in but did not refill the toilet paper basically they only went in to make the bed. Other than that it was an amazing hotel the views were spectacular. Reception area staff and bellmen had an amazing attitude and were extremely helpful."

8/10 Good

"The check in staff were very very friendly to me. The concierge and night time lobby attendants were a bit stand offish and rude to me. I asked the concierge if he had a bottle of water for guests and he said he didnt have any when asked where I could get a bottle of water he said I dont know not here in a very rude way. The hotel is outdated and can definitely do with some remodeling and updating. My hotel room window was left opened when I checked in and thought that was strange. The hinges on the window very damaged one of them was almost coming off. I had to register my friend who was visiting me and not spending the night which I thought was strange. I'd never have that happened to me before with any friend I was coming up to my room with. The nighttime desk attendants and night time lobby attendants were especially rude and unhelpful with my questions during that time. Completely opposite of how helpful the front desk was when I checked in. The hotel is probably in the best location in the city. At least in my opinion. Other than that it was an okay stay but if I come back to CDMX I want to stay at a newer hotel. At this price point it would be worth it to me."

"Overall a nice clean hotel right in Roma Norte close to a ton of shopping and dining options. The only issues we had was you could hear a lot from your room and we put the do not disturb sign up but we came in twice to the housekeeping staff cleaning our room anyway. Cute outdoor patio space. No extras in the room amenities in the room but there was a large fridge and small stovetop."
