6.5 Miles To WEC Screened Porch Nice Neighborhood Vacant Treed Lot

Lovely quaint 3 bedroom house with screened in porch. Next to vacant treed lot giving lots of privacy. Great place to relax after hard days. Only 6.5 miles to WEC for people attending shows and great for people visiting.
All my listings are pet friendly and regretfully they have hair. I work VERY hard to make sure there is no hair left from the previous pet but it is almost impossible to have no hair. I no longer allow pets on the beds but hair gets everywhere.

The house is very spacious. I enjoyed sitting in the numerous locations for a change of experience. The enclosed lanai was my favorite. There are birds and butterflies all around the yard. A cat occasionally showed up on the fence which entertained my dog 😊. At night it was quiet and very peaceful.
