White Marlin 304B – Welcome to this charming one-bedroom bayside condo located in the heart of downtown Ocean City. With the famous boardwalk and dozens of restaurants just a short walk away, you’ll have endless entertainment right at your fingertips. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV, and free WiFi for your convenience. The building offers great amenities including an outdoor pool, elevator, and free parking for one car. Occupancy is limited to 5 guests. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.

This was a great condo! It was perfect for my little family. The location was great and the price was right! Will stay again when we return to OC!

Marlin Stay

Stay was good. The water in the shower did not get as hot as I would have liked. Some of the light switches did not seem to work. Took me a minute to figure out how to work the key pad, to get into the rental. Bonus was the washer and dryer. Great view in the morning and at night. Location to the boardwalk was great.
