We do not promise and ice maker so bring a bag of ice just in case. 11\. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night. 12\. Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, please do your dishes and take out the trash 13\. Pets with $275 fee per pet. Approved animals must never be left alone in the home. They must be with you at all times or in a locked kennel. No home allows pets in beds or on furniture. 14\. Terms and conditions: The terms of this rental agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Renter further agrees once a payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Renter arrives at rental property, Renter agrees they must inform Oceanside Beach Rental in writing of any condition that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Renter agrees Oceanside Beach Rental has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. If repairs and or replacement can -not be made within 24 hrs, renter agrees to a maximum reimbursement and compensation of up to $45 per stay. That amount will be decided by the booking agent. Renter guest further agrees the beach and ocean are an ever changing environment. Renter agrees the amount and appearance of sun, tides, beach sand, beach rock and access to the public beach will and does change daily. Great location with easy beach access and close to restaurants and shops. Everything was as advertised, check in was a breeze and Kim (host)responded quickly regarding our parking inquiry. Walking distance to the very cute downtown of Oceanside. The beach isn’t wide and gets busy, but it was great for our young kids to play in the sand and surf. The house itself has a great layout on the inside for multiple different couples or families vacationing together. We had a great time! Great location. Easy check in. Host was very responsive. 4.5 stars would most accurate - only falls short of full 5 for a couple reasons. 1\. Fireplace was not working. There was a label on the wall stating as much - so clearly was a known issue. I understand these things happen - but might have been nice to just offer us a heads up and an apology. Especially since it’s center piece of the main room. 2\. Similarly to above - we found out upon arrival that use of the hot tub was an additional fee. Bit of a bummer for such an expensive rental. Host offered free use for a 5 star review - which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Overall great place and very clean and well maintained. Minor issues as noted above. ##### Michael M. The house was in excellent condition and the views from the deck were beautiful, especially at sunset. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds and sofas very comfortable. Having a garage was key. There are tons of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. The only minor thing is the beach chairs were somewhat broken, but we only did the beach 1 day and we made it work.
