Guests have private access to the entire two bedroom condo and two reserved garage parking spaces. The unit is on the second floor and guests have access to the elevator or they can take the stairs to the unit.
The condo is walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and downtown Oceanside dining.
This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay. The property owner and Haustay, Inc. assume no liability for any injury or death to any child staying or visiting the vacation rental.
