Enjoy corner unit privacy and views of the Pacific Ocean from your private balcony. At San Miguel, you can relax in the beachy interior decorated with comfortable furnishings and unobstructed ocean views from the living room.
San Miguel is a two-bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront condo in an oceanfront community which is located in beautiful Oceanside, California.

The Living Room:
- Open concept living/dining/kitchen with a coastal design
- Sunny living room with ocean views and sliding doors leading to private balcony with views of the ocean
- Smart TV with access to cable and streaming services for guests to enjoy
- Gas fireplace

The Dining Area:
- Dining room table with seating for four with ocean view from some seats

Guests have private access to the entire two bedroom condo and two reserved garage parking spaces. The unit is on the second floor and guests have access to the elevator or they can take the stairs to the unit.

The condo is walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and downtown Oceanside dining.

This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay. The property owner and Haustay, Inc. assume no liability for any injury or death to any child staying or visiting the vacation rental.

We enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay. But the condo is not airconditioned. There is a single window air unit that you have to plug in yourself in a bedroom window. The condo is well located with just a short walk to the pier and beach. It's well supplied with kitchen and beach equipment. No wagon. The beds are comfortable, as is the living room furniture. The owner has too much stuff in the master closet. It's a long walk from the elevator to the condo but there are stairs close by to take to the basement parking. Checking in was OK, but the young gal doing it was rushed and didn't spend much time with us. We love Oceanside and this condo is close to much of what you want to do.
