Description
Modern luxury meets the beach at this 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath oceanfront Model Home built in 2016 with private patio, 2-car secure parking, air-conditioning, and panoramic whitewater views from the living room, kitchen and primary suite. This former model home showcases refinement and harmony with high-end finishes and tasteful decorating. It's located in the heart of downtown Oceanside just steps from the water on The Strand: Oceanside's landmark one-way cruising lane right on the water. Spend evenings watching the classic SoCal sunset from your private patio, or take a walk to the world-famous Oceanside pier for dining, fishing, ocean gazing, or surfing. Dining, nightlife, and shopping are just blocks away in Oceanside's burgeoning downtown.

This home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The patio is equipped with seating for evenings spent watching the ocean and enjoying a perfect Pacific Ocean sunset.

The Space
This 1400 square foot, ground-floor condominium has a comfortable living/dining area adjoining a large open chef's kitchen. Primary bedroom has king bed with luxury linens and private full bathroom. Second bedroom is en-suite and has queen bed with luxury linens. Living room has a couch with foldout queen bed.
Living room and primary bedroom open to oceanfront patio. There is an additional half bath.

The Property
The property is separated from the beach by a narrow, one-way, 10 mph lane affectionately known as “The Strand,” This is a one-way cruising lane between the home and the water. There is a steady stream of cars and passers-by in front of the patio; great for people-watching, but not private. The road is protected by a rock seawall which reveals a quaint sandy beach at low tide. At high tide, a broader sandy beach is just a short walk away. Parking is in a secure, gated underground parking lot with two reserved parking spaces.

Guest Access
Guests must present picture identification upon arrival. Home is secured with electronic lock. Check in is at 4 pm; check out is 10am.

Directions
Home is accessed via a one-way frontage road: Take First Street west, then turn left on South The Strand. The two-story, sixteen-unit structure has a parking lot gate in the middle of the building. Your access code will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. There is additional street parking east of the building on South Pacific Street.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 28 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver's license and selfie thru "Guest Ranger" and sign the Casago rental rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. This additional rental agreement ensures consistency and accountability for all parties.

Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago North County San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement,” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Guests are required to complete Guest Ranger, an identify verification service. The link is imbedded in our contract which you will receive after you have completed your booking.
