It was not enough communication. Room service came on our last day, sheets were not changed. I received wash clothes that had black spots on them. In order to go to the pool you have to reserve a spot. I was really shocked for this to be Hyatt Place, this is normally a 4.5 star hotel. I wasn’t able to get the original room I paid for , but the staff was nice about that.
