We had an issue with the smoke detectors going off and it took two days for them to get someone there to fix the issue.There was no follow up from the property company. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay next to the marina, which has a wonderful outdoor restaurant!”

“Overall, this property is fine and functional. It is a rental that needs a good refresh, however. The listing is incorrect in that there is not a queen size bed. It is definitely a full size and we would not have chosen this property if we knew that. The dining room seats five IF you get one of the folding chairs from outside that is listed as “patio furniture”. We had two issues that did not get resolved… the fitted sheet in the primary bedroom was VERY old and “pilly”. It had several stains,……

“While the room was clean overall, this is a non smoking establishment and the room definitely smelled of smoke like it had been smoked in in the past. The linens and bedding didn't smell of it but the room overall did have that scent. I did pay the additional fee for late check out ahead of time but they still went in to clean out the room and called me as my belongings were still there. They were nice about it but still a little disconcerting that they had been in my room propping the door as……
