"The room was dark and damp from the start. Bathroom was invaded by flys from the bathroom drain - we now know why it was sealed when we arrived. Spoke with staff concerning the issue but nothing was done - we kept the door closed for 4 days. Breakfast was toast or bagel - eggs were watered down, sausage was bearly cooked ! Do yourself a favor don’t stay here it’s horrible! I’ve learned my lesson- the place you stay isn’t just a bed when everything around it is dirty!"

"Clean and spacious room. Pool was cool. Hot tub was awesome. Drinks and food was good too. Definitely recommend this place even for an overnight stay. "

"The Placemakr is well situated right off Broadway. Our room was a spacious studio suite with a balcony on the 19th floor overlooking Broadway. Check-in was fine, the staff was not super engaging and apparently we were to receive complimentary drinks daily and it was not mentioned upon arrival. Pool area was also nice. We did appreciate the security of the property as well. If we return, we would consider this property again. If you park in the garage next to the DGX, beware of how narrow it is- a large SUV or truck would have difficulty maneuvering the spaces and exit. "

"Stayed over Christmas. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The atrium had lots of lights and Christmas trees. Guests were all decked out in Christmas PJ's to celebrate and enjoy their time. There staff was very friendly and helpful. They had entertainment inside the hotel and outside (Cirque and ICE) Convenient to nearby mall, General Jackson, Opry and easy ride to downtown via Uber. Waterslide park attached but we didn't use it. Lots of open space that could use more restaurants/bars in the hotel. Wonderful place to celebrate Christmas."
