Room was very dark and dingy, staff wasn’t helpful, we arrived late a believe around 10pm the lady behind the desk had no idea where the elevator was pointing us in the back corner. After having to go back and ask again, she just then discovered it was broken, the whole time we were there. Parking was iffy at best if you didn’t get back early enough you might not get a spot. Breakfast was a joke. Milk and cereal, just gallons of milk in the refrigerator. Bread and two toasters that everyone had to wait on.

"Don't judge a book by its cover"—that’s how I’d describe the hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy, sure, but it is San Francisco, after all. The room was nice and clean. My only issue was that I arrived very early, and the hotel doesn't have a room to store luggage while waiting for check-in; the guy working there wasn't very helpful regarding the bags, either. I'm not sure if I'd stay there again.

"I was not expecting the hotel to be an Inn. I was traveling with my teenage daughter and the ground floor room didn’t feel that secure. There was a car right outside the room that the alarm went off at 3 am. There were also people outside the room partying. Did not sleep well at all."
