Good for a short visit.
We walked to here after hours. There is information outside you can read. It was interesting and worth the walk from the hotel to see.
If it looks like it's not open, go in anyway. Very cool building full of history and well-maintained while keeping its original charm. Park in the underground lot and come up into the OSC.
