“Great small cabin in a really cute area! Super quiet and so peaceful for a nice weekend getaway. Debbie was so kind with check in and always available. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We were so amazed at the cleanliness of the cabin and the beautiful location on Chemo Pond. The cabin was well stocked with linens and paper products. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We were close to both Bar Harbor and Bangor and spent a few days sightseeing. We bought live lobsters in Bangor and caught some fish in the pond so we made a seafood feast at the cabin. “We loved our stay at camp my own! Such a cute and cozy place and perfect for my husband and two dogs. We brought our boat and did a lot of fishing. Lots of small mouth! The place is amazing being right on the water and we loved hanging on the dock. Such a special spot ! ”

“This property was absolutely beautiful. The homes open concept with cathedral ceilings are gorgeous. The lake view from the bedroom upstairs is so relaxing. More than i imagined. We will definitely be back to enjoy this property and all the lake has to offer. The hosts are amazing as well.”

“Jenkins Beach is not very big and if you stay here, then it'll be harder for me to get in. I'm going back because it's by far the nicest place in the area. It has the nicest beach on any lake in the area, and all the water toys to make a great vacation. The cabins are SPOTLESS, and nicer than our friends' places who live on Green Lake. The screened in porches were a surprise treat I didn't even know I was missing! And for the one day that got above 80, there was even a/c. ”

“Hidden gem, secluded in the woods with short walk to the lake. Kids enjoyed fishing and kayaking.Less than an hour’s drive to Acadia.”

“Had a great time at the Cabin .The views of the lake were amazing. Had a good time fishing off the dock , plus had some fishing poles and kayaks on site. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, slept great and enjoyed the hot tub. Fire pit was nice but Maine has some big ol mosquitoes . One of our favorite memories was seeing a small black bear cross the road on the way back from town one evening. Zack was always available to answer question and checked in with us to see how it was...

“The cabins were clean and cozy. Convenient to store and restaurants. Price was reasonable. I will say, the showers are a bit strange with the controls outside the shower itself, also no barrier to keep water in the shower. But the heat lamps in the bathroom were wonderful after returning from a COLD ride!! Would definitely stay again.”

“The heron's nest was just what we were looking for, a quiet, comfortable cabin with a beautiful lake view. We will definitely stay here again when we get back to Maine.”

“A GREAT place !!!! GREAT LOCATION!!! Lots to do at the lake (swim, kayak, fish, tan) and in town (Loon Fest, Wing Wah). My family and I enjoyed it immensely. Enough room to stretch out, great wrap-around porch for a peaceful AM cup of coffee. Minor suggestions: have screens in all windows (to include upstairs) for all around cooling, and have brighter light bulbs in the living and dining areas.”

“Nice place, listing was mostly accurate, quiet and peaceful (though I was late in the season). Only issues were the somewhat "wonky" thermostat and the constant gurgling of the kitchen sink drain.”

“We love it here at Schoodic Lake the house is beautiful and perfect for my family! It’s not far from my aunt Cindy Davis who lives on the lake view side of Schoodic lake so we just take are 4wheeler through the trails by Wildwood and go visiting! There are some many trails by us to ride on my family and I enjoy are trip to Maine every year and we are already booked for next year!!! Can’t wait to come back next year and for years to come!!
