Edinburgh and Lothian Adventure Vacations

The property was very well located, close to all the main tourist locations, very close to the hop on hop off bus stop. The room was clean but the bathroom had hair on the sink and the toilet. The tub was also dirty. The staff were helpful, however their key machine was not working the week we were there and we had to get one of the staff to open our room door every time we left the hotel room which was very inconvenient. The hotel definitely needs some upgrades, the floor in our room was squeaking, not a lot of storage space and no place to hang any clothes other than a very tiny closet. With a few improvements this can really be a very good hotel.

We loved our stay. Our room was beautiful, the location was great, and the staff was beyond helpful and kind!

Muy buena ubicación. Conceniente patw ir a todos lados caminando. Lo único es que no nos rellenaron el jabón líquido para bañarnos y el teléfono del cuarto no funcionaba. Pero lo demás todo excelente

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing, accommodating and full of suggestions. He was amazing. Room was in excellent condition. Loved it

The bed was brilliant, very comfortable and relaxing after my wife and myself finished trawling round edinburgh. The staff were all very polite and efficient with their work, either directing us to where we needed to be or the speed of service at breakfast. The decor of the hotel was great as well, gave a real rustic cosy feel to our stay, exactly the sort of hotel my wife and myself tend to go for, especially liked the his and hers chairs in our room with the table in the center, gave us a relaxing place to sit, have a few drinks and cake before bed while watching some re runs of top of the pops on the TV in the room. The shower and bathroom was very nice as well, fairly powerful shower and a good sized mirror for my wife to get ready in before we headed out for our dinner. Will definitely be wanting to book here again next time we head over to edinburgh.
