“Beautiful views, a little worn, but homey. Need more garbage space and Wi-Fi, but overall really enjoyed our time. We had a mama bear and her 3 babies visit us, which was exciting. Owners were good about responding every time. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“Great house for our extended family reunion due to number of bedrooms/private bathrooms. A couple of small maintenance issues were addressed immediately by host during our stay. House is not far from local attractions. We had a great week!”

“Beautiful condo! So many amenities on site there is really no reason to leave. Beautiful resort with a pool, small lazy river, pickleball court, outdoor movie area that had movies on all the time for the kids. Shopping, resteraunts and attractions all close by. Plus there was a nice pool, theater room, hot tub, and firepit IN the condo! Will book again when we come back! ”

“Absolutely beautiful house that met all our needs for our family of 11 whose ages ranged from 4 to 64. The house is large with many gathering areas and so many built in activities. This is the 6th home we have rented in the midwest and proved to be our favorite. There were a few broken items but the property manager was outstanding. The view was beautiful. The drive up the hill was paved and doable. The hot tub was great at night. The kitchen was well stocked and there were some little snacks...

“I highly recommend the Sky View Mansion as a wonderful venue for a family reunion. It is stunningly gorgeous--the pictures are accurate but even they don't portray how great this place is. So many details, so well equipped with all you need to host a large gathering. We will for sure come again, you should too!”

“The cabin is beautiful, and just as pictured. The driveway is not for the faint of heart, but once you drive it a few times-it’s not so bad. Very quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views. We even saw a mama bear and her three cubs while there! The location of the cabin is close to everything. Communication with the owner was simple, easy, and effective. She responded to every message I had within a few hours. Truly a great experience.”

“Idea for location to everything that our wonderful Smokies offer!! The nerf guns were a hit… literally! So much fun for young adults with the kiddos!! ”

“Our whole family loved Parkview Lodge! We had an outing every day, but gladly spent most of our time at the house enjoying view, pool, hot tub and huge game room. My grandsons and I also loved looking for frogs and tadpoles in the two ponds. We had 4 bear sightings from the property, which was a highlight. The house had everything that it needed for us to be beyond comfortable. My husband and I agreed that it was our best family vacation yet, allowing a ton of quality time together....
