Great night's rest and wonderful breakfast. Plugins got all our equipment and co trolable heat/airconditioning. Breakfast worker & food was very good.

Very clean, great location and room was good size. However, paper thin walls made stay uncomfortable as it was hard to relax when you could hear everything. Shower pressure was amazing but hard to adjust temperature, at least in my room. Breakfast was average. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The fire alarm went off at 3:30 on the morning and we had to clear out the building. According to the employees, it has happened before. Otherwise, I'd say it was a great place to stay.

Very noisy, not able to rest due to conversations outside below my second floor room which was just above the hotel entrance. The property wasn’t full, why put guests in rooms near gathering locations? Yellow vested crew thought 4:30 am was the best time to laugh and joke before heading to their trucks. Also, traffic noise at this location is terrible.

This hotel was okay…we had trouble checking in. Apparently it was a problem on Expedia’s end, but the receptionist didn’t seem to know what to do. Instead of letting us into our room and then fixing the problem we stood at the counter for 45 minutes. (She could see our reservation and what room we were in but after that I don’t really know what the problem was.) our room was on the ground floor and the window was unlocked and the screen broken-made is feel not very safe. The shower was kind of dirty (mold in the corners) and the pool was pretty bad as far as cleanliness goes. The lobby was very clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

Breakfast Concerns

The hotel itself is very nice overall. However, the towels are extremely worn and rough and need to be replaced. The only other complaint I have is with the breakfast situation. Our first morning the woman in charge of the breakfast stood over me and it felt like she was following me around. Weird and awkward. The second morning I had to wait in line behind 3 of the cleaning staff while they made their waffles. I am all for staff having an opportunity to eat but perhaps you could give them their own waffle machine in a staff lounge. If they are cleaning rooms who knows where their hands and clothing have been. I am the paying customer I shouldn’t have to wait in line. It leaves me with a negative lasting impression.

No hot water - staff said mgmt aware for years

The room itself and on site service was fine. The problem is there was not hot water. When we informed the front desk they responded that it was a well known problem by the manager and that anytime the hotel was booked they run out of hot water and we would just need to “wait a few minutes”. We waited an hour and still no hot water. My hisband took an ice cold shower and the rest of the family was forced to go without - so we got to show up to our family reunion after driving 13 hours and no shower.

Poor Customer Service

Hotel was clean and perfect for what we needed. However, we had to extend our stay for an extra night and they made change floors and rooms even though the hotel was maybe at 50% capacity.
