"There was a stinch of mold. The comforter had a sticky stains on it The FDC connect was covered by bushes with no access. The bathroom was rusty dirty and bathroom towels the whole set was stained."

"Machines is breakfast area we’re not working. Vending machines did not working. Cleaning staff left used towels in room and did not replenish soap in room. Tried going to front desk and could not get a response. Individuals drinking in parking lot and playing loud music until early hours!"

"I reserved a room with a King bed and they ended up giving me a room with 2 small beds. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Just wish I would have gotten what I paid for is all."

"Overall it was a good experience. When we arrived the a/c was not working. It was not clear who to call or write. Finally after many text messages and emails back and forth someone was sent out to fix the issue. I am grateful it was fixed that same evening but it was only after I sent many messages. Overall the place has a lot to offer but it does need a major cleaning mostly when it comes to the furniture. It was very visibly dirty and with tears. The wet areas did seem clean though."

"Cabin lived up to the listing. Lakefront views were the real deal, dock was solid, and the hot tub was hot and clean from the moment we got in. Log cabin felt cozy without being dated, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Host was responsive and check-in was seamless. Perfect short getaway spot — would book again."
