“Nice and clean, well appointed & quiet room and great shower! Breakfast was good, standard for the industry & the staff were very friendly & helpful.”

“I like there”

“Super comfy bed, clean soft sheets, plenty of pillows, soft towels, no carpet in the room, big TV with all movie channels, Regular breakfast, great location! The only con was that the parking was super dark at night, I noticed there is plenty of lighting that was ON during the day, I mentioned it to front desk and she said there is been an issue with the timer and she had reported it many times. They better get that fixed! I will definitely stay there again!”

“This was the perfect spot for us to stay with friends to go boating at Lake Livingston. Spacious and very clean bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with lots of appliances, and extra treats and snacks from the hosts. Plenty of room to pull the boat in. Very communicative and kind hosts. We will stay here again!”

“I liked the free roaming horses and goats and how friendly and helpful everyone was. We had one issue with our microwave and they put a new one in within minutes. The only thing that would of been better is if they maintained the cabin a little better and stocked the kitchen better with pots and pans,”

“The rooms are clean and look nice. The outside of the property looks a little run down. The place also seems to have several long term tenants that treat the property like their apartment building and not a shared space.”
