“房間的門鎖是壞的，無法上鎖，就算更換了另外一個房間，門鎖仍然是壞的，他們兩次安排技術人員前來修理兩個房間的門鎖，說是「結構性問題」無法修理。幸好我們有經驗的旅客，我們能夠自行在房門安裝警報器，否則房間不能上鎖如何能夠安心睡覺呢？酒店的接待員，職員，全部十分友善，點讚。可是酒店本身有「結構性問題」待解決。The lock on the room was out of order and could not be locked. “We were led to believe this was a residence in a nice low-rise condo in downtown Toronto. On arrival, we were immediately alarmed to find a seedy-looking and run-down building with a faded “Love Motel” sign on the outside, in a not-so-safe neighbourhood. The lot across the street was an open paid-parking lot with broken glass, garbage, and a small boarded-up building with graffiti on it. “DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS A SCAM. This property is a cheap, dingy motel. It looks NOTHING like the picture. There is even a sign out front saying it’s a budget hotel with cheap rates. The room was dirty, dingy, had bugs, stains, and a musty smell. Dumpster was right outside my window. Bed had plastic around the mattress. The fridge blocked the way to the bathroom. The curtains didn’t block any sunlight. You can hear all the noise in the hallway very clearly. The TV doesn’t work unless you pay……

“The Laundry Room is a really nice place but a couple of things let it down. The online check-in process is confusing. It should be a simple step by step process but it is not clearly described and things change. I was expecting emails as described but got expedia messages, whatsapp messages and emails. Also it was a very cold time of year and the apartment is well heated but we could not lower the temperature in order to sleep. The thermostat was turned down to 16° but room temp stayed at……
