They then called after 9pm telling me they were going to charge another 300 because we had 20 people. After over an hour, they finally admitted this was inappropriate to do the night before we arrived especially since they were fully aware. “Apartment was exactly as described. Great location! Lower East Side neighborhood had tons of great restaurants, dessert, coffee, etc right outside our door. The location of the apartment is also walking distance of a few subway line stations - it was especially easy for us to get up to Central Park and down to lower Manhattan on the subway.
