The staff was swift and professional with getting my reservation fulfilled while also juggling the numerous firefighters they were trying to get all checked in. "My experience was good, however the only thing that I experience that could be anything negative was that when I walked in the room there was no chair behind the table of the desk table. but I quickly went back to the office and I didn't need that night. but they assured me that it would be put in the room the next morning and they did put the chair in there. so it was a pretty good experience"
