The only negative was a humming sound that continued the whole time we were there. The room was spotless, new carpet, new furniture, great jacuzzi. Bathroom fan motor needs replaced. It would growl like an angry dog until it finally took off. We love staying here. The room was a bit warm/stale for us though it was only in the mid-60’s outside. It was almost as if they shampooed the carpet, then closed it off, making it humid. Beyond that, there was a vending machine and ice maker that worked well, and it was also nice to see that they offered beach toys to the guests. Mo’s is right across the street, where there is public parking, so that can make things a little loud, but not a game changer. The jacuzzi tub was very nice. The room did smell funny every time we entered, probably due to the whole carpet floor being a little damp. The staff was amazing and knd. There was so much light coming out from the sides of the curtains I found it impossible to get to and stay asleep so I maybe got 4 hours of sleep. And upstairs a person or people were running around loudly with sound coming through my ceiling. Mo's Restaurant is directly across the street, and one can view the sunset while dining if timed just right. Loved the fireplace in our room and having blankets for the deck on a chilly morning, sipping coffee!
