“Good service, friendly reception.”

“My room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Given my check in being 3pm and I hadn’t gotten there till 1am… to find hair in my shower dirt on my floors and the last persons hair was accessories still in the bathroom was unsatisfactory. Other than that the rest of the property was clean staff was friendly.”

“We booked for only one night and it exceeded expectations, the room was adorable, clean, the whole hotel smelled fresh, parking was a breeze, the staff was lovely, the TV had preloaded streaming services just had to log in. The shower alone was worth the price, the water pressure was adjustable and amazing! It does spray out of the shower a bit so keep the door shut! The room was on the pricier side but it was worth paying for peace of mind and comfort. My only regret was only staying one night!……

“There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa. She helped me with everything and was very kind so when I’m giving a five star rating to the staff, it’s strictly for her. There were no other staff in the building that I……

“We loved everything about our stay. Keep up the amazing work”

“We booked 20min prior to arrival for a 1 night stay. Pictures were deceiving. Upon arrival it was run down, dirty and it felt unsafe. After traveling all day, we decided to drive further to a safer and cleaner hotel. We were denied a refund as well. DO NOT recommend staying here.”

“I wasn't expecting something fancy for the price I paid but these premises need a lot of maintenance, I would have slept there if there was no humidity but the smell of it was unbearable even tho we swapped room 3 times .. I think this was my only time here .”

“This Hotel has hard beds. The shower water pressure is terrible. I had a issue with my toilet told the front desk and was told it would be fixed and no one did anything at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I'm glad i was by myself it would have been more upsetting if my family was with me. For this to be a extended stay hotel. No pans No glasses not even tissues in the room. Lol”
