Roaches and it needs to be condemned. I’m calling the health department and I want my money back. We had to leave within 5 minbeing there! Very misleading and needs to be removed off the app. I had to leave and get another hotel and barely had enough for that with two children with me. It’s simply unsafe in every way. My family would stay here once a month in the summertime. Loved this property! Now it looks abandoned. All the amenities are closed. No food court, no tiki bar, trash thrown all over the property. Hotel was packed all the time. Now it’s deserted. They need to fire the management! They obviously don’t care and aren’t doing their jobs. This property could bring in so much revenue if operated correctly and instead it’s one step away from closing down! It’s a shame how poorly this property is ran and managed!

The property needs some love and care. It looks like original furnishings from when it opened definitely like several decades ago. The staff is very nice. My 1st room smelled moldy, musty, had water dripping in shower and sink. 2nd room was much better but we did not take our shoes off at all because the rugs true trauma was visible unlike the 1st room which had dark rugs. The doors were rusted inside and looked like it could possibly be knocked down if you hit it hard enough. We just needed to sleep for a few hours before we ventured home. I would never stay there again because the deplorable conditions. I'm pretty sure it was a grand place to stay once upon a time but not anymore. My advice to the owners is to either sell it or completely renovate it. Bring it back to life. To the Staff, thank you for being so understanding and helpful. As for me it's a definite No never again situation. Such a shame because it's close to so many things. Sorry I'm just being honest.

I will like to start saying I strongly think Expedia should remove this place as an option for there customers for three days we did no have a cleaning of our room 176, I complain to the front desk and the manager for housekeeping came and talk to us and the day after that the did not clean the room again, the first time they came and took the tip and let the room dirty the other time didn’t even show up, when I call the front desk he said I call you back let me find out what happen, never call, the carpet was sticky and disgusting, bathrooms horrible, there’s roaches dead on one of the drawers of the beat up furniture they have there, it was the most horrible experience we ever have, the shelters from boston have more luxury than that place please finish your business with them

I got there to check in after a flight delay and got there around 3:30 in the morning. I had already booked and paid for my stay weeks in advance and was told that I would only owe about 28 dollars in fees at the time of check in. So my 5 year old son and I get there and we’re waiting while the check in lady is talking to another guest, my son is falling asleep, we’re exhausted, etc. It’s finally my turn, and she then informs me that I also owe a 100 deposit and that it had to be on a card. She wouldn’t accept cash, which was all I had at the time. She told me she wouldn’t be able to check me in if I didn’t have the money on the card. So I had to load us back up in the car and go find some place to put my cash on my card so I could go back and check in. We get back, we check in, we go to our room which was towards the back of the hotel and I try to open the door and the key doesn’t work. I go back to get another key, and that key also doesn’t work. The lady at the desk sent a security person to come unlock the door for me, and the key issue was never resolved so I just didn’t bother leaving the room until check out the next morning. As far as the room goes, the floors were disgusting and there were cigarette ashes on the floor in the corner. The sheets and bedding felt slightly damp as if they had been sitting in a lot of humidity. The carpet felt dirty so I kept my socks on the whole time. Over all, we couldn’t wait to check out.

This prooerty is old, falling apart, water damaged in the rooms with mold and mildew, roaches were all over my childrens room and when i asked for them to come and sweep they never did. Now granted they were dead but they are still there. The office says bugs are brought in by people who stay but if they are that bad why are you leaving them lay around in the rooms for new customers to see them. The toilets was no longer hooked to the wall. The cable tv turned off every 30 min on the dot then would come back on in about 5-10 min. I called ahead and talked with the office about there reviews before arriving. They stated if you have any problems with your room we will address it. So when we arrived we were checking in and told that both of our rooms were an upgrade. I would have really hated to see what the original rooms were like. Dont waste your money. But you do get what you pay for shall i say! They were cheap rooms and now i see why! Dont stay here!

the floors to the rooms where all dirty, with cigarette buds, spilled things in the floor. I notified that someone spill in the floor twhen we left the netx day we arrived and the only thing they did was put a caution sign and never cleaned it; i stayed for a whole week and the only thing they did was put that sign which was very uncomfortable cause you had to pass through that hall all the time to get to the rooms. The green areas where a little forgotten too. Other than that the personal at the reception where very nice and attentive in the other things that i aksed.

The staff is so RUDE! I was there for over a week and they cleaned the room ONCE!! To get fresh towels I had to walk to THEM because they were so understaffed NOBODY was available to bring towels to my suite (which was the most expensive room on the property). I will NEVER stay there again and I truly hope you don’t either.

Didn’t actually stay. Wouldn’t let my son even put his bag on the bed for fear of a communicable disease! Are you kidding?!?! The first room we tried -the door didn’t lock and the bathroom door didn’t close. The cabinet doors on the tv stand fell off when opened. Ummm nope! Asked to switch rooms. Second one was not as offensive but I still would not touch anything. Once I stepped over the cockroach I was able to see the bathroom was unacceptable. Front desk representative was very nice ( Marta/magda?) but not nice enough for me to risk health, disease and narrowly escape guaranteed death! Jeff at the front desk was not as accommodating and would not make eye contact. However, if anyone checks in Alone, there is a “companion” hanging out in the lobby if needed. Omg. I just baby vomited in my mouth thinking of the entire experience.Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Most negative reviews are accurate. This place is situated in the perfect location. Access to everything Orlando. The property itself is sad. Definitely has potential if the owners invested in updating and upgrading. The lack of house keeping is evident. I personally would evaluate the cleaning crew and replace because there is no excuse for the poorly vacuumed carpet or unwiped…well everything. Because of the location it would be nice to see someone take it over and give it some TLC. Specifics in the room we rented: 1: A/C worked great but the hot air from outside blew back in through the cracks in the door. 2: carpets old and poorly vacuumed, if vacuumed at all. 3: Room could use a paint job or a wipe down of the walls because it was in bad shape. 4: Furniture could use and upgrade or at least be repaired. 5: outlets did not work on bed side of the room and looked like an inspection would shut this particular room down for safety reasons. 6: I could go on but since I stayed here before I knew what to expect. I got a room cheap at a prime location and it served its purpose. The resort fee should not be charged for this placed based on conditions along, but once again if some TLC was given to this location and upgrades it could easily be a high 4 to 5 star resort.

All the outlets were loose, couldn’t charge our phones, AC unit didn’t blow cold. We were sweating most of the night. Didn’t get cold till around 4 am with it running on 60 most of the night. The nightstand between both beds were broken. The key reader didn’t work, you had to stick the card in and out multiple times for it to register. Would not recommend staying here. Yeah it’s cheap but it’s not worth it. Hotel staff was pretty rude and didn’t want to listen to what we had to say. At all

Checked in and our key card only worked once! We was constantly getting keys made or had to ask security to open our room for us. I made a reservation for 2 rooms for 3 nights so my room the lock was broken, the bed was squeaky, sink was loose from the counter as for the other room I booked my dad had said the water kept backing up in the tub and the last night staying I found a roach in the bathroom. Definitely not worth the price we won’t be back. Sucks cause the location is very convenient. The only good thing I could say is front desk, security and maintenance were all friendly.
