As you drive through the secure gates of our exclusive community, a sense of excitement fills the air. Pull into the spacious driveway, fitting up to 3 cars, with additional unassigned parking just steps away. The palm trees sway gently, welcoming you to your dream vacation home.

Step inside this beautifully remodeled property featuring fresh paint, new bedding, and an incredible games room in the garage, equipped with multiple arcade games. Ideal for large families, reunions, groups, teams, and business conferences.

The main floor boasts a sprawling open layout, featuring a large living room with a sectional sofa and a sizable flat-screen TV, seamlessly connected to the open-concept dining and kitchen area. The well-appointed kitchen includes a huge island, 2 refrigerators, and 2 dishwashers. Conveniently, there are also 2 laundry rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, each equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

There was plenty of room for our group of 22. We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked and well labeled. The double fridges helped us to keep personal groceries and group groceries organized. The couches both upstairs and downstairs were very comfortable. All the beds were comfy!

Great large home (we had 23 guests) and a great location. If you are staying for more than one day you will need to purchase supplies (paper towels, dishwasher soap, cloths washer soap, toilet paper, garbage bags) because they are minimal.

Great property. Only one issue, 2 chairs were broken.
I enjoyed the property but was not happy that I could not keep my cargo trailer on the property. Being from Gainesville I knew no place I could put it. It would have fit in the game room but the door was closed and locked in closed position. Otherwise our stay was great.

Overall we had an amazing stay. Plenty of room for our party of 27. There were a few of the sheets we had to wash before using. Just didn’t look clean. A shower liner that was filthy at the bottom. We just went to store and purchased a new one. The dryer upstairs would get hot but not dry clothes. The jacuzzi jets worked when they wanted to. No more than two ever worked at the same time. A basketball court was listed but upon arrival we were advised there was not one on the property. These minor issues did not negatively effect our stay. We just went with the flow, advised management and continued in with our fun. Would definitely return.

The pool heater was broken till Saturday and you have a 13 bedroom house but are only allowed 5 cars that was never told to us we had 6 car and Danita knew we had 6 the house was very nice and clean people out back party loud till 4 am the 2 nd night we called security

Family Reunion
This well maintained property was a pleasure to visit. There were a few issues that we noticed when we arrived. A repair man was sent. Some issues were resolved and others were not. The house was well stocked and supplied, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We were a large group with children ages 4 through 18 and everyone had a great time. Even the adults had fun playing the arcade video games , pool, and Foosball. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels, including beach type towels. I would defintely recommend this property for groups of all ages.

We had a great time celebrating our Father's and Mother's 57th wedding anniversary. Danny the host was an awesome host who took care of anything we needed. The space is great for a weeks getaway. Thank you do much!

Watch out for the rats
The property is in a nice location; my children enjoyed the club house and pool. The game room was really nice. There was a major issue with the home however. It is infested with rats. Rats have chewed holes through the screen cover and into the pool area. Every day we encountered large rats multiple times, even during the daylight hours. When my son opened the trash box on the driveway three rats jumped out. My wife went out the front door one evening and a large rat was startled and ran past her feet. Definitely do not stay here if you are afraid of rats. I reported the issue to the property owners and they texted me back that the previous tenants were "Jews" and “they create excess garbage”. Other issues were – Garbage disposal doesn’t work, Can’t use the microwave no rotisserie plate, ice makers and water dispensers in both refrigerators don’t work, Cigarette buts and trash outside, inadequate cooking utensils, no hand rail into the hot tub, second floor dryer doesn’t work. Overall very poor maintenance and housekeeping on the property.

Working with Danita was great. We had to make some changes and she worked with us. We were able to arrange with the Housekeeper to put our groceries in the house we had Instacarted the day of our arrival. The house was great. Tons of space. With 23 people it was so helpful to have 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers and 2 + garage fridges. Neighbors’ rentals got really loud multiple nights between 1-5 am which was a bit annoying. But that isn’t the house owner’s fault.

Property owner needs to update the listing. It was an inconvenience for us to find out that necessary items that states that they will be provided, we’re not, especially coming right before a holiday that shuts down most stores for an entire day. After a few back and forth emails with the owner, and after they caught themselves in lies, they agreed to give us $100 back BUT we had to run out to a cvs at 9 o clock at night on Christmas Eve per the owners request to buy those items. It still remains to be seen if we will get that refund. We would all have rather had what was stated in the listing there for us to use. No shampoo, no bath soap, no dish soap- 3 small bars of soap provided for all 10? bathrooms, trash bags was plenty, very limited dishwasher pods and washing machine pods- under 5 of each. We have been dealing with covid for over a year now, please don’t use that excuse why your listing was not up to date. The house is an 11 minute walk to the solterra resort for a healthy adult. The house was set up nicely for our large family vacation and everyone did end up having a great time with each other despite our unplanned shopping trip. Very close to parks and activities. Would I come to the solterra resort again? Absolutely. Would I stay in this particular house again? Probably not. I strongly recommend that a top to bottom house cleaning be done. I would also recommend more sleeping pillows. There were decorative pillows on some beds but not ones for sleeping……which was another awkward thing to discover when your exhausted.

Awesome family vacation
Everyone had just an amazing time together! We would definitely do this again and encourage others to do so! The only drawbacks were: the hot tub was not hot and the pool was too warm, the huge griddle was falling apart but still did a great job, the grill caught fire and was unusable and the house was not as clean as it could’ve been upon arrival. Also the address we were given was incorrect and very hard to find- security was super rude too. That being said we made the best of the situation and had a great time! Thank you!

Fabulous vacation, beautiful home
Dan and Danita (the owners) are fantastic! Danita helped us work through Covid, Disney closures, and other issues! The Home? Magnificent! We had a great family vacation, our 6 kids, their spouses and our 10 grandkids loved the home! There is plenty of space, rooms are very nice. When kids weren’t at Disney, they were enjoying the pool, the video games, the lazy river! Several of the younger grandkids wanted to spend a few more weeks there! Thanks Danita!!
