“Double tree is my favorite wherever I go. Not this one. Desperately needs a makeover. Holes in the sheets, blood on the bath towel. Thumb turn lock was broken, so I was nervous and didn't sleep, as all rooms open to the outside, with glass doors. No cookies, no water. Hard bed, hard pillows. Expensive for no reason.”

“Great location and helpful staff. Good sized rooms with a handy outdoor seating area. Decent restaurant and bar on site plus other good options either in walking distance or by a 5 minute uber ride. Good location for getting to anywhere in the city and convenient for many of the attractions. Would recommend and will certainly stay here when we’re back in Tucson.”
