“We had an issue with getting the wrong kind of room (queen vs. king), but the staff remedied the situation pretty quickly and were pleasant about it. It was just a bit frustrating to waste that time. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we slept well. A few details were slightly bothersome: a pile of pillow cases had been left on the counter, a lamp and the clock were unplugged for some reason, there were no washcloths, and there were a couple of dirty towels outside of the door that……

“When going with an economy hotel, you never quite know what you're going to get. And I was glad to be pleasantly surprised. The rooms were well maintained and up-to-date, the staff was friendly, and the clientele were all good folks. You know it's not going to be the Waldorf but you want a clean pleasant experience and it delivered on that. Thanks!”

“We had a minor problem and they offered to move us to a different room but we declined. The room did not look like the picture. The picture of the room I chose had a couch but our did not. I wanted the extra space as there was three of us.”
