Located right on the main channel with awesome views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. Condo is nicely decorated and has everything you should need for an enjoyable lake vacation experience. Boat slip (12 x 26) is available, two outdoor pools as well as a small beach area on the lake.

The Ledges is close to all that Osage Beach has to offer. A short walk to the boat dock for some lake adventure, several golf courses in area, shopping is within 10 minutes and there are lots of restaurants to choose from as well as many choices for nightlife entertainment in the area.

There aren't many condos in this area of the lake with this remarkable view. The balcony has an unobstructed view of the main channel. You can also sit in the comfortable living room and have an equally wonderful view. When you awake in the master bedroom, you will be able to look out of the windows and have that same magnificent view of the lake. The master bedroom also has private access to the balcony.
From the balcony, you can sit on the comfortable lounge furniture and watch the lake activities. The covered balcony provides a haven from the heat of the day and the ceiling fan generates a refreshing breeze for those afternoons and evenings. In the evening, listen to the water lapping up against the shore as you reflect on the fun activities of the day.

This condo is fully furnished with the master bedroom having a king size bed and the second bedroom having one full & one queen size beds. Both bedrooms and the living room have Smart TV's so you can access your Netflix, Amazon or Hulu accounts as well as enjoy Charter/Spectrum cable.

If you decide to eat in instead of visiting one of the many local restaurants, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing small or large meals.

There is no need to worry about if you will receive the key in time for your check-in since there is an electronic lock so that everyone in your party has easy access.

At this condo, all you have to do is think about fun and relaxation. If this condo lacks anything, let us know and we will try our best to have it available for your next visit.

Are you a boater? Our docks are close by for easy access. Trailer parking is available at the Surdyke Port 20 marina located very near the Ledges. Don't have a boat?? Fishing is allowed from the docks.

The stay was great the owners were great. A couple of google map or over head screen shots of the slip and condo location would have been very helpful. But nonetheless we will return.

Girls trip to the lake

Overall the condo was what we needed. The location was great. If you run hot, bring fans as the AC never got lower than 75 and there isn’t a ceiling fan in the guest bedroom.

3 Day Weekend with Family

Location was good, close to events we were attending. The beach was enjoyable with sand and gentle grade into lake. However rooms were being cleaned when our Son showed up. Check time was 3pm but cleaning service employees were told check in was 4pm so he had to wait to get into condo.Internet did not work so could stream anything on TV. Description said wifi and gave wifi user and password (believe the modem was the issue possibly, but only response from host was to try to reset router, which we had already tried)Smoke alarm in master bedroom was open with no backup battery. Light in master bathroom had to be switched on and off multiple times before coming on. Entry screen door and Master bathroom doors did not close all the way due to being unlevel.

We needed a place for a one night stay on the lake with a boat slip - not always easy to find at LOTO in the summer. This host was very accommodating, and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Good Condo, Location

Good, clean condo. Owner provides many amenities such as dishes, dishsoap, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent. Condo's location on property is on a hill with several steps, but good view of the cove and short walk to one of the two onsite pools and small beach. Overall location is a short drive to eating and shopping establishments. Our family had a good stay.
