Shelter Cove - Impressive house w/ private dock

Perfect location, great space, 2 lakefront decks with a lakeside martini deck, private dock and sleeps 18 in beds with plenty of floor space for a couple of air mattresses. New to the vacation rental scene in 2022. This house has it all for the perfect family vacation from top to bottom. Located in Tan Tar A Estates right next to Margaritaville with 2 community pools within The Estates and several more pools at Margaritaville, boat rentals nearby and two Margaritaville golf courses make this perfect house for everyone in the family. The main upper level offers a huge living room with two queen sofa sleeper sectionals and flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, a large fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room adjoined by a deck with a gas grill, a spacious open-air lakefront deck, a lakeview king bedded primary suite with private bathroom and lakeview deck, the second bedroom with a queen bed and another bathroom. The lower level offers the 3rd bedroom which is also lakeview and appointed with 2 queen beds and an adjoining bathroom and private lakeview balcony. The 4th bedroom, “the Kids Zone”, offers 2 queen beds with a queen sofa sleeper, a huge flat screen TV also with streaming capabilities, and a private lakeview balcony. A spiral staircase takes you down to the lakeside martini deck which then leads to the private dock with a 30 foot boat slip and a PWC port. The boat slip is occupied by the owner's boat, however, you may tie your boat up to the side of the dock. Located near the back of the cove, it's not a high traffic boating area. This house has it all for the absolute best family vacation, offering something for everyone. Located at the 25 mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks by water and in the heart of Osage Beach near all the favorite attractions, restaurants, marinas and nightlife make this perfect choice for you next Lake Getaway!
